Cancellation and Refund Policy


We understand that plans can change, and we strive to make the process as flexible as possible. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

01. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled safari will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the safari will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the safari or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

02. Rescheduling Safaris

  • You may reschedule your safari up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.

03. Rescheduling Safaris

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
  • If you booked through a third-party platform, please contact them directly for cancellations and refunds.

04. Bad Weather or Park Closures

  • In the event of extreme weather conditions or unexpected park closures, we will offer you the option to reschedule your safari or provide a full refund.
