01. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled safari will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before the safari will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the safari or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
02. Rescheduling Safaris
You may reschedule your safari up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
03. Rescheduling Safaris
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
If you booked through a third-party platform, please contact them directly for cancellations and refunds.
04. Bad Weather or Park Closures
In the event of extreme weather conditions or unexpected park closures, we will offer you the option to reschedule your safari or provide a full refund.
